Maidman has cleaned in Nashville since 1999. Most of the work is post-construction cleaning for general contractors and developers, done in three phases so a space goes from rough clean to turnover on the contractor's timeline.
Once a building is open, the same company handles commercial cleaning, janitorial contracts, night cleaning, floor finishing, carpet and window work. The aim is to be one cleaning contact for a property from the last day of construction onward.
