When a property needs a first big cleanup followed by regular upkeep, the two are scoped separately so the estimate is easy to read.

A walkthrough lets Maidman see the surfaces, the traffic, the current condition and the access before pricing. It helps to have the approximate square footage, the number of floors, rooms and restrooms, the flooring types if you know them, and the building hours ready.
The quote comes back as a written scope that names the rooms, the tasks, how often each happens, and anything excluded. Broad wording such as "clean the building" leaves too much open, so the plan spells out what is done each visit and what is done on a rotation.
